South Mountain Health Supply will guarantee all products sold from our website catalog for 30 days from purchase for return for a full refund less shipping. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, South Mountain Health Supply will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of the sale date no hassles.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any merchandise that is returned without an RMA, including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a restocking fee.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a check or money order as the sole payment method. Allow 14 days after we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the product that you return or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
